Almost all poses can be adapted to a chair and will allow you to work all the positions of the spine, shoulder, hips, and core as well as activate feet, arms, legs and hands with the support of a chair. It also involves a lot of mindful breath work. For those that have restricted movement, for whatever reason, you no longer need to give up yoga and can improve circulation and increase mobility.
